Review: Sunday Riley Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream
I was so happy to receive a special gift from Sunday Riley! They sent me a jar of their new moisturizing cream that i've been wanting to try out so badly! I've been testing it out for about two weeks now, so here is what I think of it so far!
Sunday Riley Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream - This gel like cream has two forms of hyaluronic acid and tamarind extract to help keep skin hydrated and plump. Papaya enzymes exfoliate, while alpha-arbutin and giant white bird of paradise extract help to brighten hyperpigmentation.
I was mostly excited that this moisturizer would help hyperpigmentation spots, which I have a lot of, as well as helping to keep the skin well-hydrated. I love the texture of this cream, it feels a bit thick, but it has a nice gel-like texture that just melts into your skin. After cleansing, I like to layer on Sunday Riley's Luna Sleeping oil first, then once that is absorbed, I apply the Tidal cream. I found that after applying this my skin feels so soft and I don't get any dry patches. I've only been using this at night time, but it can be applied morning and night. I found that it didn't do much for my stubborn hyperpigmentation spots, but I did find that it helped with overall redness which i'm happy about! I will continue to use Sunday Riley's Tidal cream and once i've used it all up, i'll be sure to update this review!
