take a breath



There are days when we feel like doing nothing, and that's okay. Life can be overwhelming at times, but taking the time to relax and breathe is a good way to meditate and think. When i'm feeling stressed, I like to go out and take a long walk, not focusing on anything in particular, but just enjoying the scenery and feeling peace.  — Minna
