My super sensitive skin has gone through a lot of ups and downs in the past. I still experience breakouts here and there, but it has greatly improved in the last few years ever since I started simplifying my routine. My daily skincare routine (at night) goes something like this:

  1. Remove makeup with Farmacy Cleansing Balm

  2. Second cleanse with Fresh Soy Cleanser (my holy grail cleanser)

  3. Moisturize with Belif Moisturizing Bomb with a few drops of rosehip oil

  4. Treat with Azelaic Acid from The Ordinary (this product only costs $8, and its super effective!)

I still like to treat my skin with gentle masks like this Detox Facial Mask from Palermo, which is great for clarifying your pores and absorbing excess oil. The mask also doubles as an exfoliant! For the days that my skin is feeling extra dry, I like to apply some hydrating oil like the Orchid oil from Herbivore, then I use a Jade Roller to help it absorb and sooth the skin. Jade rollers have become pretty popular recently and is known to reduce inflammation and puffiness of the skin. I haven’t noticed any drastic changes from using it, but it definitely feels nice on the skin!

I’ve been trying out hair products from Ouai, and so far i’m really impressed! My hair type is thick, dry, frizzy, and a little bit wavy. I prefer blowdrying my hair after washing so I like using products that provide heat protection. All three of these products do just that which is great! The Leave-In Conditioner is my top favorite because it smells amazing! I like to apply it right out of the shower before blowdrying. It conditions and detangles, leaving hair smooth and shiny. The Hair Oil smoothes frizz and provides a high-gloss, super-smooth finish. It contains African Galanga, Ama and Asian Borage oils as its main ingredients! I like to use it after blowdrying, as the final step.
